Actalent is Hiring a Construction Estimator Near Rockford, IL
Description:
- Work with drawings, specifications, supplier quotations, engineering standards, and other information to provide material take-offs and cost estimates.
- Work in Procore, Sage Time, and Asta Software
- Create and compile detailed cost estimates
- Support Company Financial goals and objectives for profit and Margin.
- Ability to Scope and support Large scale projects down to small program management General Commercial programs.
- Consult with vendors, and other departmental personnel to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
- Ability to work as a Project Manager and multiple projects.
- Meet with clients and communicate in a professional and knowledgeable manner
Skills
- Understanding of Construction Estimating/Project Management (Projects 5MM )
- Ability to work within Design Builds
- Experience in Construction Management Software (Procore, Bluebeam, Asta, Sage)
- Bid invites, Change Order
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
